Welcome to Fans and Creators, a community for adult content creators and superfans. Our mission is to create a safe, supportive, and valuable space where creators and fans can connect, share insights, provide feedback on industry platforms, and access resources that help them succeed.
These Community Guidelines outline the standards of behavior we expect from all members. By participating in our community, you agree to follow these guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspension, or permanent removal from the community.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND AGE REQUIREMENTS
1.1 Age Restriction (CRITICAL)
All community members must be at least 18 years of age. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- You must confirm you are 18+ upon registration
- Providing false age information will result in immediate permanent ban
- We reserve the right to request age verification at any time
- If you suspect a minor has accessed the community, report immediately
1.2 Account Requirements
- One account per person
- Accurate registration information required
- No impersonation of others
- No fake or misleading accounts
2. STRICTLY PROHIBITED CONTENT (ZERO TOLERANCE)
The following content is absolutely prohibited and will result in immediate permanent ban and reporting to law enforcement authorities:
2.1 Child Safety Violations
- Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any content involving minors in sexual or suggestive contexts
- Content depicting, promoting, or facilitating child exploitation
- Grooming behavior or attempts to contact minors
- Any sexualization of minors, real or fictional
- Content that endangers children in any way
2.2 Non-Consensual Content
- Non-consensual sexual imagery (revenge porn, deepfakes, hidden camera)
- Upskirt, downblouse, or other voyeuristic content taken without consent
- Content obtained through hacking, blackmail, coercion, or threats
- Sharing intimate images without subject's consent
- Content depicting rape, sexual assault, or lack of consent
2.3 Human Trafficking and Exploitation
- Content promoting, facilitating, or depicting sex trafficking
- Content promoting or facilitating human trafficking
- Content depicting forced or coerced sexual activity
- Solicitation of prostitution or escort services
- Content exploiting vulnerable individuals
2.4 Extreme Illegal Content
- Bestiality or zoophilia (sexual content involving animals)
- Necrophilia (sexual content involving deceased individuals)
- Actual incest (sexual content between blood relatives)
- Content depicting extreme violence, torture, or murder
- Gore or death imagery
- Content promoting or glorifying violence
2.5 Terrorism and Violent Extremism
- Content promoting terrorist organizations or activities
- Content recruiting for or glorifying terrorism
- Instructions for creating weapons or explosives
- Manifestos or content inciting mass violence
2.6 Illegal Goods and Services
- Sale or promotion of illegal drugs or controlled substances
- Sale or promotion of weapons or explosives
- Sale of stolen goods or services
- Promotion of hacking services or malware
- Money laundering schemes or financial fraud
- Counterfeit goods or piracy
2.7 Self-Harm and Suicide
- Content promoting or glorifying suicide or self-harm
- Instructions or encouragement for self-injury
- Graphic depictions of self-harm
- Suicide pacts or "pro-ana/pro-mia" content
Note: We allow supportive discussions about mental health struggles in appropriate, sensitive contexts.
2.8 Recordkeeping Violations
- Content that violates 18 U.S.C. § 2257 recordkeeping requirements
- Sharing content where you cannot verify all performers are 18+
- Content lacking proper documentation or custodian of records information
3. PROHIBITED CONTENT (STANDARD ENFORCEMENT)
The following content is prohibited and may result in warnings, suspension, or ban:
3.1 Hateful Content
- Content attacking individuals or groups based on:
- Race, ethnicity, or national origin
- Religion or religious beliefs
- Gender or gender identity
- Sexual orientation
- Disability or medical condition
- Age
- Promotion of hate groups or hate symbols
- Slurs and dehumanizing language
3.2 Harassment and Bullying
- Targeted harassment of any community member
- Bullying, intimidation, or threatening behavior
- Doxxing (sharing private personal information without consent)
- Stalking or unwanted repeated contact
- Brigading or coordinated harassment
- Malicious impersonation
3.3 Sexual Harassment
- Unwanted sexual advances or propositions
- Sending unsolicited sexual content
- Sexual comments about someone's appearance without consent
- Demanding sexual content or favors
- Making someone feel unsafe or uncomfortable
3.4 Spam and Manipulation
- Repetitive or irrelevant content
- Excessive self-promotion unrelated to community discussions
- Unsolicited commercial messages or advertisements
- Pyramid schemes or multi-level marketing
- Vote manipulation or engagement bait
- Fake accounts or sockpuppeting
- Automated posting or bot activity
3.5 Intellectual Property Violations
- Copyright infringement - sharing content you don't own or have rights to use
- Posting pirated content or links to pirated content
- Sharing login credentials for paid platforms
- Distributing leaked premium content
- Trademark infringement
3.6 Misinformation and Fraud
- Deliberately spreading false information
- Impersonation or identity fraud
- Phishing attempts or scam links
- Fake news or fabricated "evidence"
- Medical misinformation that could cause harm
3.7 Privacy Violations
- Sharing private messages without consent
- Posting private photos or videos without permission
- Sharing personal contact information without consent
- Revealing someone's legal name when they use a pseudonym (without permission)
3.8 Platform Abuse
- Attempting to circumvent bans or suspensions
- Creating alt accounts to evade enforcement
- Interfering with moderation actions
- Coordinating rule violations
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities
4. ADULT CONTENT GUIDELINES
While adult content is permitted in our community, it must comply with all applicable laws and the following guidelines:
4.1 Permitted Adult Content
- Discussion of adult content creation, platforms, and business strategies
- Sharing links to your legally compliant content on verified platforms
- SFW promotional images with appropriate content warnings
- Educational content about the adult industry
- Support and advice related to adult content creation
4.2 Adult Content Requirements
When sharing adult content or links:
- All content must comply with 18 U.S.C. § 2257 recordkeeping requirements
- You must own the content or have explicit permission to share
- All performers must be verified as 18+ with proper documentation
- Mark content with appropriate content warnings
- Use designated channels or threads for adult content
- Do not post explicit imagery directly (links only)
- Provide context for why you're sharing
4.3 Prohibited Adult Content Types
Even in adult contexts, the following are NEVER allowed:
- Simulated incest or "fauxcest" content
- Age play or "barely legal" content that sexualizes youth
- Content depicting or simulating rape or lack of consent
- Content depicting unconscious or sleeping individuals
- Extreme fetish content involving bodily waste or vomit
- Content depicting drugged or intoxicated individuals unable to consent
- Any content that could reasonably be mistaken for prohibited categories
4.4 Content Warnings Required
Mark content with warnings for:
- Nudity or sexual content
- Violence or blood
- Potentially triggering topics (abuse, assault, etc.)
- Flashing lights or strobing effects
5. RESPECTFUL COMMUNICATION
5.1 General Conduct
- Be kind, courteous, and professional
- Assume good faith in interactions
- Disagree respectfully without personal attacks
- Welcome newcomers and answer questions patiently
- Give credit when sharing others' ideas or content
- Use inclusive language
5.2 Constructive Feedback
When providing feedback (especially about platform features):
- Be specific and actionable
- Focus on the issue, not the person
- Offer solutions when pointing out problems
- Be open to different perspectives
- Accept feedback gracefully
5.3 Debate and Discussion
Healthy debate is encouraged, but:
- Stay on topic
- Use evidence to support claims
- Avoid inflammatory language
- Know when to agree to disagree
- Don't derail conversations
5.4 Language Use
- Avoid excessive profanity
- Do not use slurs or derogatory language
- Be mindful of cultural sensitivities
- Communicate clearly and professionally
6. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
6.1 Respecting Privacy
- Do not share others' personal information without consent
- Respect boundaries around private vs. public information
- Do not screenshot and share private conversations
- Ask permission before tagging or mentioning others
- Be cautious about revealing identifying details
6.2 Your Privacy
- Use a pseudonym if you prefer anonymity
- Be cautious about sharing personal details
- Adjust your privacy settings appropriately
- Report privacy violations immediately
6.3 Confidential Information
- Do not share non-public information about upcoming platform features
- Respect NDAs and confidential agreements
- Do not leak proprietary information
- Keep closed-door discussions private
7. PLATFORM FEEDBACK AND COLLABORATION
7.1 Purpose of Our Community
We're building a competitive platform to OnlyFans and Fansly, and we want YOUR input:
- Share your pain points with existing platforms
- Suggest features you wish existed
- Provide feedback on proposed features
- Test beta features and report issues
- Share your expertise and experience
7.2 Constructive Feedback Guidelines
- Be specific about problems and desired solutions
- Provide context for why a feature would be valuable
- Consider feasibility and trade-offs
- Build on others' ideas
- Be patient - development takes time
7.3 Collaboration Etiquette
- Share knowledge generously
- Give credit to others' contributions
- Don't monopolize discussions
- Respect different perspectives and use cases
- Be open to compromise
8. BUSINESS AND PROMOTION
8.1 Acceptable Promotion
You may share:
- Your content creator profiles (OnlyFans, Fansly, etc.) in designated threads
- Relevant content that adds value to discussions
- Genuine recommendations for tools, services, or resources
- Success stories and case studies
8.2 Prohibited Promotion
- Excessive self-promotion or spam
- Posting affiliate links without disclosure
- Promoting competitors to our community platform
- Advertising unrelated products or services
- Referral link spam
8.3 Business Discussions
- Share business strategies and tips
- Discuss pricing, content strategies, and growth tactics
- Ask for advice on business challenges
- Network and build professional relationships
- Do not solicit or proposition other members
9. REPORTING AND MODERATION
9.1 How to Report Violations
If you see content or behavior that violates these guidelines:
- Use the "Report" button on the content
- Provide specific details about the violation
- Include screenshots if helpful (but not required)
- Do not engage with or respond to violating content
- Do not publicly call out violations (report privately)
9.2 What to Report
Report:
- Illegal content (especially CSAM, trafficking, non-consent)
- Harassment or threats directed at you or others
- Spam or scams
- Impersonation
- Copyright infringement of your content
- Privacy violations
- Suspected minors in the community
- Self-harm threats
9.3 Moderation Process
Our moderation includes:
- AI-based automated screening for prohibited content
- Human moderator review of reports and flagged content
- User reporting system for community-driven moderation
- Appeal process for disputed enforcement actions
9.4 Enforcement Actions
Warning (First Violation - Minor):
- Content removed
- Written warning explaining violation
- Educational resources provided
- Account noted in moderation system
Temporary Suspension (Second Violation or Moderate First Violation):
- 7-30 day suspension from community
- Content removed
- Email notification explaining violation
- Must acknowledge understanding before reinstatement
Permanent Ban (Third Violation or Severe First Violation):
- Permanent removal from community
- All content removed
- IP and email ban to prevent re-registration
- Possible refund of membership fees
- Severe violations reported to authorities
Immediate Permanent Ban (Zero Tolerance Violations): For violations listed in Section 2 (Strictly Prohibited Content):
- Immediate permanent ban with no warning
- Account termination
- Report to National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) if CSAM
- Report to FBI/law enforcement if trafficking, terrorism, or other serious crimes
- Report to platform providers if content hosted elsewhere
- No refund of membership fees
9.5 Appeals
- You may appeal enforcement actions within 14 days

- Decision is final
- Zero tolerance violations cannot be appealed
10. ACCOUNT SECURITY
10.1 Your Responsibility
- Keep your password secure and confidential
- Use a strong, unique password
- Enable two-factor authentication if available
- Do not share account access
- Log out on shared devices
- Report suspicious activity immediately
10.2 Compromised Accounts
If your account is compromised:
- Change your password immediately

- Review recent account activity
- Check for unauthorized changes
10.3 Account Sharing
- Do not share your account credentials
- Do not access others' accounts without permission
- Each person must have their own account
- Account sharing may result in termination
11. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR CREATORS
11.1 Creator Membership Eligibility
To qualify for free creator membership:
- Must demonstrate $10,000+ monthly recurring revenue (MRR)
- Must verify revenue through acceptable documentation
- Must maintain creator status (re-verification may be required)
- Must comply with all community guidelines
11.2 Creator Responsibilities
As a creator with elevated status:
- Set a positive example for the community
- Contribute constructively to discussions
- Share expertise and help other creators
- Provide honest feedback about platform needs
- Maintain professionalism
11.3 Creator Conduct
- Do not use your status to harass or intimidate others
- Do not demand special treatment
- Do not manipulate fans or abuse your influence
- Do not coordinate brigading or harassment campaigns
12. SPECIAL CONSIDERATIONS FOR SUPERFANS
12.1 Superfan Conduct
- Respect creators' boundaries and time
- Do not stalk, harass, or obsess over creators
- Understand that creators are professionals, not personal friends
- Pay for content rather than requesting free access
- Do not share or leak paid content
12.2 Parasocial Relationships
Be aware of parasocial relationship dynamics:
- Creators don't owe you personal relationships
- Maintain healthy boundaries
- Don't expect special treatment for being a fan
- Seek help if you're struggling with obsessive feelings
13. OFF-PLATFORM CONDUCT
13.1 Connected Conduct
Severe off-platform conduct may impact your community membership:
- Coordinating harassment campaigns against members
- Doxxing community members elsewhere
- Threatening members on other platforms
- Criminal activity related to the community or its members
13.2 Cross-Platform Content
- Don't encourage platform raiding or brigading
- Don't share community content to mock or harass members
- Respect cross-platform privacy
14. UPDATES TO GUIDELINES
14.1 Changes
We may update these Community Guidelines as needed. Material changes will be announced via:
- Email notification
- Prominent community announcement
- Updated "Last Updated" date
14.2 Ongoing Compliance
- Review guidelines periodically
- Stay informed of updates
- Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated guidelines
